I continue to get a call at all times of day and night from this number. I've tried calling it back, but cannot connect with anyone. Any way to block this number?

attempted to verify my credit card information.

They attempted to have me verify my credit card number through there system.  This is a scam to get your information.

I got a call this morning @ 6:41 am. from 3651 it tells me to call this number to hear it and i called it can not be completed as dialed. I have no idea who this is.
