Yes, I too just got an email from a person who says she is from DC Alarms and is the process of reviewing my resume. I have to agree with catlinmylap, this is just another SCAM

I tried to do a reverse phone number check to see if it showed DC Alarms.  Didn't show any such company****igned the number.  However, going into a different White Pages website, it did specify that the number was a Land Line phone issued/owned by a phone company in Des Moines, WA...however, specified (if you buy the report) that there was "1 address in Seattle, WA" that apparently the number was issued to.  I would definitely say this is a SCAM.  One reason being, when I emailed about the Job Opportunity, she specified in her email (apparently same as everyone else who has posted)..."You are receiving this email from me because your resume has been reviewed , accepted and you have been selected as a possible candidate for the advertised position."  Truth is...I never sent her a resume with my email!!!   "Hello...Major Flags Going Off here!"  Yep...this ought to be reported to whatever Online Cops Organization there may be, if anyone knows of one.  Very misleading to those of us who are trying to make "an honest" living.  Also found NO WEBSITE for DC Alarms.
