Same thing today. Guy with very thick SE asian accent, debt consolidation. Told DNC registry and chewed out their manager. Good times.

a guy with an accent called asking for my partner whose name he mispronounced badly. Then when I told him he had a wrong number, he said, "we are a debt solution company and we will settle for 40 cents on the dollar. Do you have any debts you want to consolidate?" He wouldn't take no for an answer. I am on the DNC Registry...he argued with me.

caller id says virgo or vargo  area code is washington state got three calls from them same day never before. occured on 4/11/2010

Found their number on my caller ID when I got home last night - left no VM.  Just got another call 12:30 PM today. I answered and no one there but after 15 seconds an automated voice comes on & says "thank you".  Dialed their number back & automated voice gives option to be put on their delete from calling list.  Will see if they call back a***n.  No company name or live person at any time.

To All - I have an ATT IPHONE and continue to receive these calls and have notified the Better Business Bureau and the FCC.    Please note, I have on several occassions advised to put me on their DO NOT CALL LIST, however the calls continue.   Telling the rep to place you on the do not call list will not prevent them from calling.  In order for us to attack this issue and elminate it, you need to do the following: 1)  Create a log with the date/time/number and agent name that called you for example:3/30/10 238 CDT received call from phone number 253-561-7986 regarding a dieabetic in my family.  2)Advised agent we are a physically fit family with no diabettes in the family. Requested you put my name and number on the DNC list, and further advised was reporting this call to the Better Business Bureau and have notified the FCC.   3)   Call the Better Business Bureau, Call the FCC and register this number on the NATIONAL DO NOT CALL LIST.

Well....they did happen to call a***n today...said they were the "National Health Center".  I told them yeah ok, put me on YOUR do-not-call list.   The "representative" copped an at***ude when I asked him if he understood that it meant DO NOT CALL me a***n.

Yes they called me twice asked if any one was a diabetic, when I said no they laughed and ***g up, they might be a company that sells illegal prescription drugs one way to find out, is ask what they are selling, then report them to the proper authorities.

THEY HAVE CALL ME VERY MANY TIMES. TOO MANY TO COUNT. AND SAID THEY WERE FROM SOME FEDERAL COMPANY. SOUNDS LIKE A SCAM TO ME.

I don't know, but they have called me 3x a day for the last 2 days ... I answered once..they said they were from some Diabetic organization, looking to do a survey.  I'll wait until they call me a***n, and grill them :)
