Called leaving a voice message that the IRS is filling a lawsuit a***nst me. Called the number, nothing happened. Scared the **** out of me though.

Claimed to be IRS filing a lawsuit. IRS Doesn't call.

left a voicemail saying that the IRS was suing me. There is absolutely no reason for that to happen...if it had been about school loans, perhaps I may owe a "bit" on those.... but not taxes or anything the IRS should be concerned with!

Said they were the IRS filing a lawsuit a***nst me. Called me on my work number. The IRS will NEVER call you, they only send mail. Don't fall for it!

Pretending as IRS, and ask for last four digit of SSN to charge money

Got the same call about a lawsuit filed a***nst me. They threatened that if I didn't give my SS# and DOB or ***g up the call that I'd be arrested. Officer Robert Smith with a heavy Indian accent..riiight.

Said lawsuit said investigation I asked for supervisor and the ***g up

I missed the call, called back and they said that a lawsuit was put out a***nst my name/that i was being sued and asked for digits from my social security number and other personal information.

Claims to be IRS with a warrant for my arrest. Tells me to give him last four of my social or expect a sheriff at my doorstep. Caller's name was "Officer John Smith" but had a thick East Indian accent and a lot of loud phone room voices could be heard in the background. Told him to go ahead and send a sheriff (he was calling my work number, a hospital department extension)

Scam - recorded message claiming they are from IRS and suing for back taxes. The IRS will NEVER call, especially about a serious issue such as this - they always communicate through mail.
