Voice Mail message: "This is Earl from Weeks research calling in regards to your NSF projects. I sent you an important email. You can find it by sear****g for the word picks. It's PIX. Thank you." Caller ID says caller's name was Maria Bais.

A woman named Maria left a voice message indicating she was from NSF. Left this number, with extension 1004, but when I called back, the voicemail box was full. Checked with the agency and they said this was not a call from them.

Asked for a male by name when I said this wasn't his number they asked if I knew him. I said no and she oh, huffed and then ***g up

Claims to be a process server trying to serve a "summons to appear." Says failure to contact can result in "further legal proceedings to take place without your knowledge. You have been notified."

I was told that someone has been trying to serve me with some type of court papers from Phonix law group; I work from home, I'm here every day and evening, no one has tried to serve me with anything ; I've been here 9 years, am a senior citizen and have excellent credit with no pending lawsuits or legal troubles
