This number along with the email [email protected] reached out to me in regards to a rental home in Georgia. Seemed very believable at first but turned out to be a scam after being turned down to view property in person.

When asked for my emergency contacts address I felt uncomfy, as well as sending photos of IDs of the occupants before the application. There was a question asking if we worked late. Googled the email and found this thread. Thank you for saving me from being scammed!!!

House for rent; asked for email then emailed me a long typed up questionnaire asking for personal information, pictures, personality of pet, if I work late at night, how much cash on hand - weird stuff. I think they are crooks, looking to break in and/or steal iden***y.

They texted me in response to a home for rent on Zillow. Wanted a ton of personal info upfront and said keys would be sent via Fedex. It's a scam.

I found a house for rent in Zillow . They were asking for money to do background check after filling questionary .

They listed an ad on zillow for a property. Emailed me back from my inquiry. I filled out their rental application. They asked about paying fee for background check. I asked for iden***y verification before I sent money and they ghosted me. I eventually looked up the number and found it was bogus

Caller claimed to be the owner (me)of my home in Whittier, CA and was trying to scam people to rent my property. Luckily the****ential renter came to see house in person and asked my husband if it was for rent, before they wired deposit.

I received a text from this number for a Zillow listing then an email from Houseforlease108. Asking me to fill out a questionnaire asking me if I worked late at night and if I was ok with having keys delivered via Fedex
