Same as everyone else. My son got this text message I did the same and googled it.

I was sent a text message that reads, " The Credit Union Center Alert: Your card has been deactivated. Please call 254-304-3360. I google it and found out it was a scam.

My daughter forwarded a text message she received saying, "THE CREDIT UNION CENTER ALERT: Your ARD s****ing with 5824 has been DEACTIVATED. Please contact us at 254-304-3360". An automated system asking for 16 diget card number came on. No account with a credit union nor a number with those 4 digits.

I received a text that said, "VAROFCU ALERT: Your CARD s****ing with 5824 has been DEACTIVATED. Please contact us at 254-304-3360." I found it odd 1) that I was receiving a text about a credit card from a number I didn't recognize 409-200-4785 2) I have NEVER received a notification using the first four digits of my card...it is ALWAYS the last four digits. I called the number and it is just an automated system that says, "Thank you for calling. Please enter you 16 digit card number" I entered a fake number and it ***g up on me. I called the number that sent me the text and got a "your call cannot be completed as dialed...052T" message. Sounds like spam to me!
