Recording makinf threats that cops will come an apprehend me if I don't respond. Unknown number to me and name of person unknown to me.

Called saying I had criminal charges and if I didn't respond that the local law enforcement would come pick me up but if I called them back it could be resolved with out charges being filed

Left a threatening message acting like local police and stating that I have 4 criminal charges a***nst me and I need to call asap to avoid a lawsuit.
