Like one of the previous replies, regarding 254-369-1689; I tried to call back and the recording says "...cannot completed as dialed.."  So, don't they WANT me to talk to them or what? I also made the mistake of doing research for personal insurance on the internet, and within 10 minutes, I had gotten 3 calls from this number, then by the end of the day, I had over 35 calls from all over the place..800 numbers, and 877 numbers also.  And now I'm getting about 30++ spam emails a day from everything from insurance, to educational opportunities, to credit cards, to s***s and shopping and everything under the sun.Next time, I'm going back to using that old thing called "the phone"

I have the same problem, but they just **** up, no option to even stay on hold. I get several calls a day, all hours of the day. If there is some way to report them to the FCC please post it. Had my # for more than ten years and I am going to have to c****e it.

I have reported this before, but they keep calling on my land line.No message left.

They keep calling my cell phone.  I held for almost 4 minutes and no one ever picked up.  This should be illegal.

This number 2543691689  has been calling my home for months and no one is on the line - we called to file a nuisance report with the phone company who told us they can do nothing and said to file a police report .....???!!!!!

This number has a Waco, Texas area code and belongs to a telemarketer for a health insurance brokerage firm. I received yet another of these annoying calls on my cell today and waited long enough for someone on the other end to connect. They asked for me by name and whether or not I was still interested in health insurance. A couple of months ago, I had made an inquiry to a site that I thought was the insurance company itself and turned out only to be a brokerage firm with a network of thousands of sales agents who began calling and e-mailing me literally IMMEDIATELY.  My cell phone burned up for days. Be careful which sites you give any personal info. to, as this was such a waste of time. If you get another call, wait for them to get on the line and ask what company they're calling from and demand they remove you from their list and that they stop harrassing you with calls.

yes, i agree.  The calls on the cell phone have got to stop.  This number is wasting me time!! (30 call a month!!!)

Receive calls from this number constantly ON MY CELL PHONE. When I answer now one is there. When I try to call back, it is not a good number. This person needs to be prosecuted because this harrassment has to stop. I have reported this number and the authorities are currently tracking it.

I believe that it is an insurance company.  I recently was looking for health insurance and made the mistake of entering my phone number.  ***ody says anything when I answer and then if I call the number back a message stating that the number is not a working number.  Very annoying!

They call twice a day, leave no answer.

this is an insurance agency i'm almost sure. I made the mistake of trying to do internet research on insurance and have been getting all kinds of calls from different groups now.

I've been getting calls from 254-369-1689 since Monday:  1/4/10 @11:22, 3:10   1/5/10 @10:35, 11:18   1/6/10 @ 10:31, 11:30 -- Looks to me that it's a computer calling in certain intervals. I answer the phone and there's ***ody there. I even stayed on the phone for a full 5 minutes, and then it disconnected. I tried calling it back and it says your call can not be completed as dialed, with a "1" and without a "1"prefix. The (254) area code is TEXAS. So who knows who it is. Maybe a collection agency?? Or a solicitor??

I have received at least three calls on my cellular phone from this number.  They never leave a message.  Once I even answered it and there was ***ody on the line.

Got 2 calls today from 254-369-1689 about 45mins apart & after the 2nd one I called it back & got a recording saying it's not a working number.Did the reverse look-up & it says it's a land line. Now how the h*ll can that work? I've had it where where you call back you get a busy signal all day or it will answer & **** up, but not say it's not a working number. I've put my name on the DO NOT CALL lists several times, guess the FCC has no control over that any more!
