Smishing text sent representing JK Ogata Law Firm warning that 3rd party was attempting to file for the rights to the logo for my trademark-urgent reply stressed to block a forced rebrand. Obvious scam but contact number uses same area code & prefix of the actual Texas Law Firm. BEWARE

rcvd a text today to call this 254 number - its a scam

Claimed a third party wants the rights to my ***nds logo. I called and was told she did "research" and that I only have copyright protection currently. I have a federal trademark and she still tried to argue even when corrected. These are not actual attorneys, and in fact are committing crimes by impersonating them while attempting to solicit business from people.

Trademark logo was going to be lost due to a 3rd party claim. Funny thing is that I dont even have a logo lol.

Claim to be a law firm aware of a third party that is about to file a trademark that might infringe on a trademark you already own.

Yeah, my company was trademark from another company for me to call them immediately so I could shut the other company down

Tried calling and txt my boss company saying his company was at risk and to shut down our company at once.

These people literally never let up. I've gotten multiple texts from them claiming to be a company that refiles trademark applications.
