Get this text message 2-3 times a month. Obvious scam & I do not know what an eppi card is. My questions are: Why does the no-call list not stop this **** & what good does posting on this site do?

received two messages about a week apart saying to call 973 692 4251 and that my eppi card was frozen.  when I called to see what it was about it asked me to put in my account #.  I just put in some random numbers but it kep saying the same thing.  I don't have an eppi card and have not used H&R block in years.  Who do I report this to?

Got the same eppi card text to my cell from 254-379-0003. Wanted me to call 581-***-1625 and enter my account number. Idiots.

The text I Got said customer issue eppi card frozen so i called for giggles and entered in a bunch of fake numbers but it just kept repeating so i sent back a text said reported to S. FL FBI idiot trying to scam Cheif of Police

It's a scam guys. Don't fall for the sweaty Nigerian *****ing off texts from a grass hut in order to get personal info. If you didn't get your taxes done by H and R Block, or you did, but are not putting your tax return on an "Emerald Card" don't worry about it. Remember H and R Block will use an 800 number to contact you, and will NOT text you. If you are concerend call H and R Block directly, or the person that processed your return.
