This number/text is a scam number to collect your credit card and make false charges, don't do it, citibank does not operate this manner. Call your local FBI office and report the numbers so they can investigate them, that's their job.

go the same text saying the same thing except with this reply number 254-230-9952. it is deffinately a scam an eppi card is used by a large quanity of states to disburse unemployment and welfare monies and as soon as you give them the info they wipe it clean.

I received a text message from this number today. It said customer issue, eppi-card account frozen. please call 925-465-2344. I didn't call the number as I had read about scams like this before. My bank and credit card company doesn't have my cell number so P7I knew it wasn't from them.
