I received a phone call from 254-415-4595 saying that he was from the dept of investigations and if i didn't return his call he was going to garnish my wages and he gives my last 4 of my social security #.

I answer phones for my office and got a call for an employee who no longer works here from this numer.  When I told the man (think foreign accent like everyone above has said) the employee doesn't work here anymore he mumbled so****ing and ***g up.  I googled the number because I got a call last week from a different number but for the same employee from a man with the same accent.  That number turned out to be a scam so I would imagine this is too.  Good thing she doesn't work here anymore.

I got a call from 254-415-4595 and the officer name was james madison of the departmen of law investigation he said that i owe money from taken out a loan witch i never did i juss ignore there calls but its getting really annoying cuz he calls everyday

Got a call from 254-415-4595 today.  The 'Officer' (his name was not really understandable) s****ed in on his spiel about how he is an officer from the department of investigations or sume such garbage.  After having gotten dozens of these calls from different 'Officers' over the past6 months, all I could do is laugh at him.  After laughing for about a good 10 seconds, I bade im good day ad ***g up... For some reason he did not call back today... Tomorrow, if he calls a***n, I will give him a new phone number to call instead: 530-232-591...  Which is the number that 'Officer Andrew Brown' called from three days ago....What ever you all do, do NOT fall for this bunk!  Laugh at them, tell them hat you've moved, what ever, but don't give them a dime!

Same thing here. heavy Indian accent named Eric Smith. Just **** up.

I got a call from a man named andrew brown who said hd had a legal matter to discuss. These people are scammers, dont give them anything!!

Rec'd a vm frm 254-415-4595 for someone that does not live here stating they were fm law enforcement (no state/county name given).  They said they could help me with an impending legal issue and not to ignore the call -- they repeated the above number and said if I didn't call back then they would "wish me luck".  The caller had a thick male Indian accent but gave an American name.  Sounded like a scam so I looked up the number and read the above comments.

just rec another vm from 254-415-4595,stating it was a call from the Dept of Law Investigations,the man said his name is ***ndon Smith but has an Indian accent,this time he stated there was a lawsuite a***nst me and if I call back right away he might be able to****ist *****is mess was left on my wrok vm that clearly states my name and yet he still can not say my name.any ligit company,law office,ex. would leave an 800# for call back

Oh, and by the way I did try to call back the number 254.415.4595 just to see what kind of run around I would get and how f****ered I could make them. The users voice mail is full and cannot accept any more messages!  SCAMMERS!!!!!

yes i just received a call from them they was talking about calling my job and getting me fired if i didn't pay the money back i owe from an cash advance that i had received...never received a cash advance so i called the federal trade commision on them and filed a report...

They claim to be calling fromt the department of Law & investigations in Kileen, Texas.  The foreign man's name was Ben Hopkins.  He claimed that I had taken out a cash advance with a company called "Cash Advance" was about to be sent to court to get the money back and I never did such a thing.  SCAMMERS!!!!!
