Someone called saying I applied for Social Security Disability Benefits. I didnt apply for anything. I ***g up on him so he called 3 more times. I blocked the number

I received a phone call from this number. She said her name was Amy. Wanted to talk about furthering my education . Told me I requested this online. I did not request anything.

Phone call from this number arrived. I answered, but there was no response. I kept the line open for at least 20 seconds, plenty enough time for someone to return a "hello," with zero response. I ***g up and called the number back. The number had me on hold for several minutes without a courtesy script stating that this was "such and such company." When the line was picked up, it was an automated voice from a publishers clearing house sweepstakes type "service" that had no options for an operator or for the removal of my phone number from their call list.
