Received call from 256 237-1553. No message was left on my answer ma****e, however, the caller ID showed 19 TRUNK 19.  Tried to call bhack but received message taht voicemail box was full.

This number calls, but does not say anything when I answer the phone. Then when I call this number right back, I get an answering ma****e.

just got a call from this number 256-237-1553.  answered the call but caller ***g up.  we use att uverse.  i wonder if this number is a known number to be abused, and if caller isn't s****ing this number, while dialing from another number.

Caller ID said, Anniston, AL.  The lady said she was from the Cancer society...  I told her that it was a bad time (Tropical Storm Ida is coming toward us!!) and she ***g up.   I'm on the do not call list,  so I'm thinking it's a scam, also.

10:47 AM CST - Call disconnects when my messaging system connects. Caller never leaves a message.  A reverse number lookup on www.whitepages.com shows the number as unpublished in Anniston, AL. It seems this number is related to the other Alabama calls I receive from 1-256-734-4148 as I noticed a similar contact about the caller saying it was the police and led her to believe that her husband was in trouble with the law.

Keep getting **** up calls from this number.  Usually during the early afternoon.

I get a call every day from this number, but I never answer and ***ody leaves a message.  I did a search, but cannot find out who it is without paying Intelius,however, they do list this information: Address History:3 Addresses in Anniston, AL1 Address in Jensen Beach, FL1 Address in Prague, OK Probably is a scam or telemarketer.

We get calls from this number all the time and it is just open air on the other end.  I figure it is a computer generated telemarketing line.

Receive calls from this number almost daily. Upon answering the caller ****s up.  This is very irritating.

CALL FROM 256-237-1553.FEB 23 09 AT 8:04 PM.MAN SAID HE WAS THE MONTGOMERY POLICE,SAID HE NEEDED TO SPEAK TO ME AND WHEN MY WIFE SAID I WAS NOT HOME HE LEAD HER INTO THINKING I WAS IN TROUBLE WITH THE LAW.I HAVE CALLED THIS NUMBER BACK BUT VOICE MAIL IS ALWAYS FULL,NOW HE CALLS AT LEAST 1 TIME A NIGHT AND WONT SAY ANYTHING AND ****S UP,I CALLED PHONE COMPANY AND HAD NUMBER TRACED.THIS CALLER IS A LIAR AND WHEN I FIND OUT WHO THIS IS WE WILL GO TO COURT AND I WILL SUE THE S**T OUT OF THIS COMPANY.

Caller was rude-asked for my husband-when the caller couldn't get him, he ***g up. Called the # back--# was busy.

the caller called asking for my 84 yr old mother. My son asked who it was and they said he worked with my mom. She hasn't worked, always a home maker. I think this is a scammer working on elderly people.

My caller ID showed this number from Anniston, AL.  When I picked up to answer, the caller asked for my husband BY NAME and*****ounced it correctly, which alot of strangers usually don't!  Anyway, the caller was very evasive when I asked if he was calling about a donation.  He said "No."  I asked who it was, and he said only, "John."  Then I said, "Well, is there a message you'd like me to give my husband?"  And he said, "Yes, just tell him to call me."  And he ***g up.We get calls from this number all the time; and many times the caller doesn't talk but just sits there.  Someone needs to investigate who is doing this!

I was not home and the answering ma****e picked up...after my answering ma****e message and beep the caller said loudly, "HELLO...HELLO!"  They stayed on the line a few seconds more after that and then ***g up.  The caller was a woman with an Oriental voice and there was a lot of noise in the background...like in a large kitchen in a restaurant or so****ing like that...

Got a call from this number, I wasn't home but number showed up on my caller ID.

Got a ****up from this number.  Immediately called back and message said voicemail box was full.

Want to know who this is.
