It was a lady and she was offering debt relief loans(and like products) and was asking about credit card debt. She stated that I filled out a survey online asking for information on debt relief. I don't share my information online for any reason nor do I need any debt relief. So I know I didn't fill out any survey.

Missed call from this number. Called back and immediately put into a call waiting queue with a recording/piano music “Your call is very important to us…” after 3 minutes the call disconnected itself. Spam call.
