This caller called me asking me if I had any houses on site for him to repair. He said he knew Stephanie McGuire which is a common person in the real estate business but then he offered me money for *** and kept being creepy and stalking me. Don’t trust this man. I reported him several times but he’s illegal and cops have a hard time tracking him.

Came in for a haircut. Wanted his hair washed, touched himself during shampoo, said creepy things and asked if I wanted to go to eat with him, and grabbed some germ x and tissues before he walked out. Then he called me twice after his haircut.

Happened to me!! I’m a Realtor as well. A Rico Escobar (256-288-2789) is posing as a buyer interested in acreage, as he is a horse *******. After making a connection with a Realtor, he sends horse breeding videos and asks the****ential buyer's agent to look at the videos while on the phone. He proceeds to point out the size of certain parts of the horse's anatomy.

Literally just text me about homes with stables, then called to ask questions. $800k budget for farm for his horses and small house. NOT in this market. Totally sounded winded while talking. He s****ed to go down the path about the horse, a stimulator, and it being tiring. Veered him OFF the phone, googled the phone number, and found this! BLOCKED!

I am a Realtor and this person posed as a****ential client asking if I would call him. During the phone call, I got a very creepy vibe. He kept referring to breeding his horses and how they "get excited". At one point, he tried to tell me ***** horse jokes.

He has done this to our agents as well. PLEASE BE AWARE!!
