I GOT A TEXT SAYING MY SUNCOAST FCU CARD HAD BEEN CANCELLED. CONTACTED SUNCOAST DIRECTLY - DIDN'T USE THE NUMBER THEY SENT - 813 398-0731. SUNCOAST SAID ITS A SCAM.

I GOT A TEXT SAYING MY SUNCOAST FCU CARD HAD BEEN CANCELLED. CONTACTED SUNCOAST DIRECTLY - DIDN'T USE THE NUMBER THEY SENT - 813 398-0731. SUNCOAST SAID ITS A SCAM.

I got a text today from this number telling me that my Suncoast FCU credit card was deactivated. I called my bank and not the number texted to me. The bank told me it was a scam.

I got the same text from SUNCOAST F.C.U. ALERT. I called the number from a land line and they ask for your card's 16 digit number. Being that I don't have an account with them I pressed #1 sixteen times and it just switched to a fast busy signal. It's gotta be a scam. Just ignore it.

This person texted me with this "SUNCOAST F.C.U. ALERT: Your CARD has been DEACTIVATED. Please contact us at 813-398-7013. Seeing as how I don't have a Suncoast federal credit union account, it must be fake.

SCAM!!! DO NOT GIVE YOUR ACCOUNT INFORMATION TO ANY ONE OVER THE PHONE OR TEXT. CONTACT YOUR LOCAL FINANCIAL INS***UTION FOR MORE INFORMATION CONCERNING TEXT OR PHONE CALLS REQUESTING ANY PERSONAL OR FINANCIAL INFORMATION. JUST A WORD OF PERCAUTION.
