This is one of the many scammers calling under the au****es of lowering credit card interests to 0%. They have a middle eastern accents. I told the gentleman that my number was on the national do not call registry and asked them to stop calling me, and he very vehemently told me that he would not stop calling and that he could call even though on the national do not call list.
They call - **** up.

Called multiple times and just hon up. I suspect they're scammers and their program that autodials & hands the call over to a scammer doesn't work so well.
