This number has called me three times within the last 24 hours.

My wife is getting 5 calls a day on her cell from a ****** political campaign about electronic bingo. She wants to tell them to quit, but they don't answer the phone and their mailbox is full.

I have had this number call at least 5 times in the last few days

This is a push poll.  It is a telemarketing political campaign technique to sway your opinion on electronic gambling in Alabama.  It is not a survey even though it pretends to be.  If it were a legitimate survey, it would not be anonymous and it would have been more than one quick question.  Real surveys need demographic information like gender or age to make sure the survey reflects the community.  Push polls just want to reach as many voters as possible in the shortest amount of time possible.  No one will tally your response.  This is also considered unethical.

I got 2 calls as well and I didnlt answer either b/c didn't know the number. Looked it up online b/c didn't leave message and thought this was odd. If someone really wanted to talk to me bad enough to call me 2 times in a short amount of time they would leave a message. Also disturbed they have my cell as I am also on the do not call list.

PS - don't bother trying to call them back - their "mailbox is full" - I'm sure from people like me who would give them a piece of my mind about unwelcomed calls!!!!

The reason there is no message is because it is a political call - they want you to press 1 or 2 for so****ing about bingo.  This is just so annoying.  I don't CARE one way or the other about bingo.  But I do care that my phone keeps ringing about so****ing I have no desire to answer.  This should somehow be prohibited!

I do not agree with the tactics in this situation (it can be described as annoying at best), but I must admit I did parti****te in the 'survey'.  WE really do need to vote, as a state . . it will at the very least let the people decide whether to regulate and tax these operations.  And, unlike the self-described "Joe" (above) apparently believes, we did not vote for this under Gov. Siegelman - that was a vote on a state-wide lottery -- which yes,  is a vote re: gambling - but tis is not the same!  THIS would establich a commission under which individual counties can opt out - just like wet/dry counties do currently - and tax monies enter our coffers unlike now where we get NOTHING!  It is what it is . . . money is money & we have none in this state - and millions leave our borders each year (sigh)!

Called once while I was in my Infectious Disease class and once while I was at work. Inclined to believe it's a survey call. There are commercials for whatever politician is in an uproar over bingo or Indian casinos. I hope they don't call back during anymore cl*****...

Yeah, my wife got called by this number earlier today same ****** number. She didn't get to answer it b/c she was at work.

glad it wasn't an important phone call, lol

Two times today, missed it both times. They left a 5 second vm of silence.

Also got the survey for Bingo. I didn't vote-just waited for some option to be removed from their list, which was NOT provided. Called back and it just says "This mailbox is full and cannot accept any more messages."  Maybe will continue to try back at 3 and 4 in the AM just on the offchance I can one day get through and annoy someone the way they just annoyed me.I would REALLY like to know how they got my cell phone number, which is for private use and is on the Do Not Call List.Already reported this number at Do Not Call and the FCC sites.

I answered and it was a survey on whether or not people should be able to vote on Bingo in Alabama.  We already had a vote on gambling back when Siegelman was Governor.  The results were 70% no  30% yes.Guarantee Uncle Milt is funding part of the calls

I got a call from this # today (02/04/10) as well, with no message. Strange.

I just received this call on my cell number. I did not answer because I did not recognize the number. Obviously, I am not the only one. Still not sure who it is?

I just received a call from this number and they left a message.  When I checked it, it sounded like some let out a grunt and ***g up.  Who are these idiots?

I just received the same phone number! (2-4-2010) They ***g up, no message was left. Annoying!

Must be Milton McGregor trying to push for gambling. If you dig into it I'll "bet" he is at the bottom of it.

Got the call on my cell phone just after 2pm today. I didn't answer because I didn't recognize it, but searched to see who it might belong to. This is where I ended up. I won't bother returning the call, obviously.

simply dont understand why this number keeps showing upas U/K - cannot call it back...arghso much for spending $$ with AT&T to stop these annoyance calls!
