I just submitted a compaint with the BBB. "On 8/24/07 a young man by the alleged name of: Scott Newton came to my apartment with a fundraiser from a company called C&S saying that it was to win a trip of some sort if I purchased a magazine subscription. I brought an ESPN subscription. According to both his verbal indication as well as a written indication on the receipt I was to receive the first issue within 120 days. It is currently 2/13/08 and I have yet to receive an issue. I paid in the form of a check in the amount of $42.00. After having done some research on this company, it appears as though I am not the only one who was promised so****ing that was paid for and was never received. The company does not seem to be producing quite what they are promising and that is a problem."Hopefully I will hear so****ing back.
