The number is associated with a criminal who stole my inheritance through crypto currency and bitcoin. The criminal stated that he was investing in crypto currency for profit. This perpetrator used the name stating that it was a UPS Store number. When I went to the store, the clerk said never heard of the gentleman mentioned in the message and never would a personal number be given, just a 1-800 number. Very dangerous person behind this scam.
