Yes, I got the same Battery Pro app  and got 3 text messages after that.  I called T-mobile and had my text messages blocked. Hate those scammers - just sat there doing nothing except trying to scam people. Getting tired of this scamming s**t.

After downloading a battery saver for my droid, a text from my phone was sent to  262-358-8217 , then an hour later a text was recieved from "00000****7" and I was charged $9.99 on my verizon bill.  No record of this activity ever showed up on my actual phone, only on my text log on line at verizonwireless, it was all done without my actions or consent.  Verizon credited this back, and helped me to remove the subscription by texting STOP in all capital letters to ****7, then an SMS block was put on all our lines so it can't happen a***n.  A follow up with  Verizon is set for after the next billing cycle to ensure it did stop, no confirmation text was ever recieved from them that it was stopped.  The company name****ociated with this code is "Questize Question Answering text alerts subscription" and the number is in Wisconsin.  These people are charging and making money off of unsuspecting people who simply download a free droid application.  Verizon needs to protect it's customers a LOT better.  It's Bull S---!!!!
