They have been calling our home once or twice a night between 5 & 8 pm.  Comes up as a "Local Call Back"  ***ody is ever there.

Just got a call a few minutes ago. Professional Police****ociation looking for $. Perfect solution: just tell them you're a wanted felon and **** up!

I called this number back and it was the Police****ociation asking for money!

Have been getting these calls twice a day, one is after 8:00 p.m. I do not answer and they do not leave a message.

Says it is Wisconsin Police****ociation.

Calls often. does not leave a message. I do not know caller. I have been on the no-call list since it s****ed.

Called and knew our last name. My wife said no you have the wrong number. They said we have the right number, maybe the wrong name. They said they were the Milwaukee Police Department and wanted to talk to the head of the household. When my wife handed me the phone they ***g up. Was about 8:37 pm on a Monday. Caller ID said Wisconsin call and the number

Called and asked my daughter for me or my husband. Told her that they were the police but nothing else. Scared her to *****, she thought so****ing was wrong...

I believe it is the Wisconsin Professional Police Organization.

I have no clue who this is but when I tried to call this number back it would not connect, ring all I would get was called failed. It was like I wasn't making a call there was no noise nothing this is not cool

This is a telemarketer for Wisconsin professional police****ociation. As usual they have ro be shady and not have their name on the caller ID.I always say I do nothing over the phone with people who have to hide  their name on the caller ID.

wisconsin sherrifs department looking for donations

Calls, no message, just lots of noise.  And I live 310 miles away.

Calls often. does not leave a message. do not know caller. am on the no-call list.

Someone called from this number looking for my husband and saying they are from the police department. I have no clue what this means.

Someone called from this number saying they were taking donations for the police whatnot.  It was very loud in the background, almost like they were in a bar or restaurant, or at a party.  They were asking for donations over the phone, which made me nervous, so I told them I didn't have the money at the time and ***g up.  They haven't called a***n.

When I answered they asked for us by name and said to give a message that "Bob called" and they'd be calling back.

I keep getting "messages" on my answering ma****e from this number.  There's no actual message, but just noise--louder than static but about that chaotic.  It's very annoying and I wish they would stop.

The guy said he is from the Wisconsin Police and collecting money

I won't answer because I do not know who this is. The voicemail sounds like there is ma****ery in the background. W***ver it is does not say anything. This has happened several times.

I *67 and called the number back...it is the local police dept. trying to get money for a fundraiser.

Am inlisted on the no call list. Dont recognize this number, so I wont pick up. SOunds like air on my answering ma****e.

been calling everyday between 4pm and 5:30 pm for over a week. Whetehr I answer or it goes to voice mail, same sound... sounds like someone inside a factory or so****ing but not a fax ma****e noise.

Called just held the phone while we both answered on different phones in the house.  We talked to each other and decided if the caller wasn't going to speak we'd **** up and not answer that number a***n.

Call constantly. I am registered on the "no call" list but that doesn't stop them.

Call constantly -. I never answer unknown numbers. Leaves a "whooshing sound" on my voicemail.

called twice in two days and waited for answering ma****e to play message and beep then ***g up....no message left.
