Received a call from land line # 262-448-1211.  Name that came up on caller id was Allan Piispanan  When I answered I got a voice activated phone message about lowering my current credit card rate.  Was prompted to press 1 to talk to a live person. Pressed 1 and the phone just rang and rang and rang.  I called the number back & spoke to the registered owner of this number who claims she hasn't used her phone all day today.  Sounds crooked to me.
