Fake claims/subpoena service

My Wife filled out some request for quotes on home heating/cooling systems. This caller wanted to know if we still needed a heating/cooling system.

I keep getting these phone calls and once somebody spoke my first name. That 's all he said, then a click. I try to block these calls all the time but 5hey still get thru. When he spoke my name the voice had a very heavy southern accent.
