If as others have mentioned it is a collection agency, if they call and do not identify who they are, where they are calling from, who they are looking for and why they are breaking the law for collection companies.
His name is Kevin Masters. He's not a bad guy. Yes he collects bills. but he's helped me out alot. If you have issues with him then it's so****ing you've done to be a ******. We all got bills. If you don't pay em then who's the douchbag?
