trying to collect for WE energies and Ive paid all my bills

Called me many times asking for another person. When i said it was a wrong number, representative became offensive, impolite. When i called them back, he told me to "f*ck off" and ***g up. I called the manager to tell them about their employees being offensive, the manager never picked up.

keep getting calls from the person  calling himself terrance saying he is looking for jeff millar.     now i have no idea where he is and this terrance says that jeff millar has called from this number. he does not have this number . so this terrance got this information some where have no idea and he was rude  please how can i stop him from calling us.. we are not well and can not take this ?
