They are trying to get me to give personal information...

When will the 'do not call' list get some teeth?  Find these people and put them in cuffs.  Charge them for each call, things will get better.If you're working in this industry - get another job.

caller said they were from Federal Financial Group.  then we were cut off.they didn't call back.

Caller launched into a very long spiel regarding business services and some sort of "scratch off" giveaway.  I didn't want to be rude and **** up - I can only imagine the abuse phone solicitors face and it may be the only job available.  BUT, when she went into her confirmation phase of the call, she asked for income range information which I never ever give out.  I declined to provide the information and she ***g up on me.  I went to the website of the company she claimed she was calling on behalf of, Federal Financial Group, and relayed this information to them via their website.

My wife answered & was getting angry trying to figure out why they were calling, so I took over. It was some "financial company" wanting to give us a 3 night stay somewhere. I asked repeatedly where they got our number. She kept going into her sales pitch, but finally said they got it from a list. I told her we were on the Oregon No Call list. She said they weren't soliciting anything. Right. Lots of people give things out for free... Definately a call center. Wanted to confirm phone numbers & address. Not a chance.

Boiler room noises when I picked up the phone, and the telltale delay, so I slammed the phone down.  Glad I did, from reading the other reports.

A difficult to understand person called saying "they" are expanding business in the area and said we won a 3 night trip. Um, what? I repeatedly asked who was calling and didn't get a straight answer. They said so****ing ***ue about federal financing and/or staffing. They wanted to confirm our name and address. Very creepy. When I told them we weren't interested in their offer and to take us off the call list, the person practically yelled at me "we're not selling anything".

Sounded like a computer generated call, immediately ***g up as soon as answered.Caller ID showed as "LCL" (including quotation marks).I'm on the Federal Do Not Call list and filed a complaint with them.

Got a call from this number, and the lady asked to speak with maneger. When I told her she had a wrong number, she then asked me if this is my cell phone number.

Keeps calling our office asking for someone that hasn't worked here in 3 years.  I've told repeatedly he doesn't work here, asked to be removed at least 3 times.  They refuse.

Caller ID for this number was FFG.  It immediately ***g up.  Is this a computer sear****g for fax ma****es,  Who knows'
