It is a company called URS (United Recovery Services), a debt collector for Capital One Card Services asking a bunch of personal financial info as if you are dumb enough to give it to them and as if they do not already have a copy of your credit report, bcuz they do!!!! I've worked in this industry long enough to see how they operate....

Caller never leaves a message.  I believe it is the same people who also use the number 267-352-3277.A person reported on that number's post that it is a collection agency.

This number calls about two times per day.  It comes up on my caller id as CMT network.  I did a websearch and got a phone card service.
