This is a robocall spammer who selectively chooses victims. If you don't fit their profile type; I suspect not elderly, they **** up saying; Goodby. And if you call back they pretend ignorance of the call. If you call multiple times... there is always a different voice answering the phone.

Home Caller ID said US Government but they didn't leave a message. Very possibly IRS. Called twice on same day & not a***n.

claimed to be IRS and wanted personal info. Sounds like a scam.
