Came in my caller ID as Kirlin A. Tate would not leave a message and I didn't get to the phone in time to answer it. However I did a search on them and they are a collection agency. They basically misrepresent themselves from the initial phone call. Instead of calling with the real name of the company they call like they are a person. As far as I know, that's illegal.

Called on a SUNDAY. Gave the phone to my 3 year old and told her it was Santa.

I have received a number of unsolicited calls on my cell phone with no message from this number which I find annoying.

Spam. Won't stop calling. Gets their rocks off by pretending they're looking for someone else.
