I got same call Heavy India accent. This is a SCAM. I hired a attorney. Do not talk to them they will be caught. The persons name that called is officer william walter.
So what can we do to stop these people? Does anyone know? My caller is officer Tim Black from the US so****ing or other I can't understand. Same threats that so****ing bad is going to happen to me at my place of employment or my home. First of all, isn't it a crime to impersonate an officer of the law and second of all isn't it also a crime to make threats? I have reviewed all of my bank statements in reference to the time frame they are stating and I'm all good. I haven't committed any crime. At one point they told me I was being investigated for providing false information online and that I had committed fraud? I have proof otherwise. So do we just keep ignoring the phone calls? There has to be so****ing else? They have all of my personal info as well except for my correct home address. I have never received anything written from anyone just this creepy phone calls and don't they realize how scandulous they appear when absolutely no one in their organization has an American accent? Seriously, the US department of crime or w***ver they claim to be only employs individuals with foreign accents? They don't even come up with realistic names!
I received the same call from a Officer David Adams with the US Crime department he also had the same accent. He wanted to ask me questions but did not want to answer my questions then he put me on hold then ***g up.
Heavy Indian Accent called me at work. He told me his name was Officer Roy Richards and gave me a case number. He said he was with the US Crime and Suspect Dept. They have called me before at work and on my cell. I don't know how they got my number. IT IS A SCAM. They ask for all your information or tell you police are going to show up at you work or your place of residents to scare you into giving them money.**** UP IF THEY CALL RIGHT AWAY. I have already been hit with iden***y theft 3 times. DON'T TALK WITH THEM JUST **** UP. If they call back telling you are waiting for the police. They will then **** up.
heavy Indian Accent called and told me that my sister needed to call him immediately and that he was an officer Errin or Adam, told me that my sister was in trouble and it was a police matter, and wouldn't tell me anything else.
Same thing. A guy I can hardly understand asks if I know P.N. I said yes - this person has given my name as a job reference several times and I thought this was what it was about. He gave a phone number 267-329-1010 and said I should tell P.N. to call him immediately about a legal matter. He said so****ing about "officer" and "Roy Richards" but a***n, it was very very difficult to understand him. I called P.N. and he said the guy had called him too and he had ***g up on him.
A guy called me from a US crime & Suspect Dep. He was Hindue. He told me that I am on a his list of a friend of mine. Suposably my friend of mine did froud. I ***g up on him after saying over and over that I cant under stand his stuped a**. He callled back and left me a message. So I checked it and he said I'm Officer Jim Black and if you dont tell our friend somthing bad will happen to you. That pushed me over the edge. I called back and told that ****** f***er to show up at my front door so I can break him in half. Suprisingly he ***g up on me> ****** ******* I will ***** you!!!!!
I also received a call from an Officer Roy Richards with a heavy accent claiming that I would be arrested for fraud due to not paying for an epayday loan. I told him I would have my attorney contact him because I found it was a scam. They did have my last 4 of my SSN and I'm not sure how they got that. They also knew who I banked with even though I don't bank there anymore. Be careful don't pay them a dime.
Called my work and immediately stated that I was about to be arrested. Couldn't understand him and stated not to call me at work. Stated he was an officer. I asked for his badge number and was told he did not have one. He said I owed money from a payday loan. I said I wanted do***entation and he said he didn't have to send me any. I said to call me 2 days later and he called me next day and said that I said on tape that I would pay although I was never told of a recorded line. Told him I was waiting for my attorney's advice and he said hold for his supervisor. I said I was not gong to wait for his supervisor and ***g up. He called back and was told by my boss that these calls were interrupting business and if he called back corporate security would take over. He called my cell phone and I am forwarding this to my state's attorney office.
I received a call from 267-329-1010 saying I owed money to epayday and that I would be arrested for fraud if I didn't pay $660. I also found out it's a scam. Don't pay a dime to these crooks.

a guy with a heavy indian accent called today to my husbands job and friends and family members saying he is officer scott lance and he is from the us crime department and he is a crime suspect. As soon as we called and gave him the case number he s****ed confirming my husband personal information.....all of it. his social, address, bank account number, work information, email everything it was scary. Once we s****ed threatening him that if this is fraud or anything we will sue him. We asked him to fax all the do***ents to us or mail it to be more in detail and he ***g up and never answered a***n. I received a call from "Officer David Adams" regarding a legal emergency, but the call wasn't even for me. He asked if I could get in touch with someone I used to work with. I told him NO, and that my number was on the Do Not Call list and not to call back or I'd report him. And yes, he had a heavy accent.
Got a VM from someone with a thick Indian accent claiming to be Office Roy Richards with US Crime Division calling me about pending legal action. I was to call him at 267-329-1010 ASAP or so****ing bad was gonna happen to me. I ended up filing a report with the supplied phone # with my AG's office and FTC Consumer Protection. Not expecting much but it's a s****.
A "gentleman" with a middle eastern accent, stating his name is "officer" Richard Wright, has been calling our place of business. In broken english, he demands to speak with one of our employees. This employee has no recollection of how he got his name, or the nature of the call.
My best friend called me frantic on Friday atating that she got a call from a man with a thick Indian accent, telling me to get in contact with someone named Tom at the above mentioned number. The mans told her I was being arrested for fraud. When I called the number, the man identified himself as Officer Chong and that he was sending the police to my house to arrest me for fraud, regarding a payday loan from Cash.net (I never heard of the company and did not take out a loan with them. He was very nasty and said so****ing bad would happen to me if I didn't pay. I told him that I wasn't paying anything, as I did not owe the money. I later found out, through the internet, that this is a scam.
Um yea this guy just called my phone today but the info he had was my boyfriends. He then proceeded to call my friend to and tell her the info he left on my voicemail.
Received a call from this number. Heavy Middle Eastern accent. Stated his name was Mark Watson. He said so****ing would happen to me at my job and at my home if I did not contact him back. That it all depended on how i responded and he called my work and told them the same. I called the Police and they tried to contact this number and the person anwsering the phone ***g the phone up soon as they anwsered like they new it was the police. The officer told me to not call back and to give no information that it was a scam..

I also received a call from them today threatening me and that they had my address and social security number. This was left on a message and I didn't answer. Yet they called me from a number that showed up on my phone as unknown.
Received a call from this number. Heavy Middle Eastern accent. Stated his last name was Watson - yea, um ok right. Said he was with the US Crime Department and claimed to have a debt that I owed and gave me a case number. He also had my personal information. He said so****ing would happen to me at my job and at my home if I did not contact him back.First of all, let me inform any person who is frightened by these people. These calls are SCAMS. DO NOT give them any money or call them back. I spoke with the FCC months ago about another call similar to this one - they told me it was a scam and they had numerous reports on it. This is another one just like it.The FCC and Consumer rights state from the Fair Debt Collection Act that debt collectors CANNOT threaten you under ANY cir***stances. They also have to provide written do***ents mailed to you certified or registered before they can pursue any legal action. If these people have your bank account number or other important information please contact your bank and inform them that a iden***y theif or social criminal has your banking information and ask them what to do. That is the only advice I know to give accept UNDER NO CIR***STANCES SHOULD YOU GIVE THEM MONEY OR RESPOND!!!!
