This number has been calling me repeatedly and texting. I do not know the person and do not answer, but he keeps calling. He doesn't leave a voice mail. The texts are trying to get me to bite and reply. I have not, but it is very annoying and my call blocking isn't working.

Have been getting many calls a day from this number as well as texts that are obviously trying to get me to bite and reply. Number and name is unknown to me and the incessant calling is annoying.
