This was just a survey for Comcast based on a home visit from earlier in the afternoon. I missed the call, but they probably just wanted me to rate the service I had received.

Xfinity Comcast calling for a survey regarding a visit. No voicemail and came up as (267) 383-3357. Happy to complete survey. Called the number back. No prompt to complete the survey. Just options to be added to do not call list or to block future promotion/survey calls.

Xfinity is calling from this number to follow up on and do a service survey. I don’t understand why they can’t have their company name exists in the caller ID. Xfinity must be using a third-party call-center to do these calls.

1st call after 8pm blank on voicemail. 2nd call on a Sa****ay ***g up before voicemail.

Did NOT answer because all that appeared was 2673833357. It turns out that it is a COMCAST Xfinity post contact survey. Would have been helpful if what appeared on my screen was either "COMCAST" or "XFINITYY" as a get many span callers that just post a number. Dumb!
