Automated phonecall kept calling for 2 weeks. Never left a name, kept asking for an unknown person's name, despite selecting option 3 - have the wrong name.

THIS IS NOT A LAW FIRM, I CHECKED WITH PA BAR****OICATION AND THEY HAVENO LAWYERS BY THAT NA*****IS IS JUST A CHEAP COLLECTION AGENCY THAT SHOULD GO TO*****.

I Got a letter from via my mail, claiming I owe money to a bank called Applied Bank....If I did have a credit card with them it was long past the statual of limitation for collectionIt is more than 6 years old.... In PA the limit is 4 years...Then I look up the Tate and Kirlin, Notice no First names, I checked the PA Bar****oicationand they have no Tate working at any company by this name and no Kirlin periodBeing reported to PA consumer protection as a con game

They are calling me trying to find the last person who had my new telephone number. They have been very annoying.

tell them that is your work number.  They will stop calling that number because they dont want to get in trouble with the attorney general.

these people call my cell phone looking for the person who previously had my cell phone number. i have gotten so many collection calls for the person who has had my number before me and it is ridiculous. i am on the do not call list and this is aggravating. i got my number from verizon wireless and obviously this person got rid of this phone number because he was getting all these collection calls, and now i keep getting them. when cell phone companies give u numbers for ur phones they should be able to do so****ing about this. i have gotten more phone calls for this person than for myself.

Calls and doesn't leave message and doesn't stop calling lets phone ring twenty , thirty times! Very rude! If a person dosen't know the number and chooses NOT to answer and doesn't answer on the fourth or fifth ring then **** up!

Apparently tate & Kirlin like to try and use local numbers to get to people they are "collecting" from.  If you don't know the number, just don't answer, to really irritate them, answer and ****up, don't say anything.in this case they are calling from 702 area code numbers.  702-736-8120, 888799-8009, 215-464-4500, 267-385-3071, 702-628-5277, 702-628-5276 so far.

constant calls come in from this number all times of the day first thing in the morning to last thing at night I am visiting my sons and  I am disabled and it disturbs my sleep to hear the phone ringing all the time. I think they should get a life if no one answers figure that no one wants to talk to you. My sons have registered their number with the National DO NOT CALL registry from the first day they got service. I do not understand why calls keep coming in. Also recieve a call from "O" shortly after this number calls and also the same with another number that calls is usually followed by another call within minutes

I do not know why they called I have applications and resumes out and if no one leaves a message I can not reply. other than that I have a lawyer handling my finances and if they do not specify why they called or ask me to call a number back sorry I dont play that game

Received numerous calls pr day from this number when I don't answer I receive an immediate call from another number that apparently this company also owns. I want the calls to stop but I am not sure how to do this. They have left a couple of voice messages of the person they are trying to reach and leaves personal info about them which I am sure is a privacy issue

I received a call for this unknown number today.  Since I did not recognize the name or number I did not listen to the message.  How are they bypassing my privacy directory?  The purpose of having privacy directory is so that I will not receive unwanted calls like this one and another one I received from a different number.  In case you receive a call from 202 280-2393 don't answer it or give it any attention.  I believe it is a scam also.

Returned a missed phone call to this number.  The man that answered was imedietly rude and said he would only talk to me if I gave him my phone number or socail security number, unless he had the wrong number.  I said he had the wrong number and his reply was "we'll call you tomarrow, goodbye".

I just returned a phone call (six actually) to 267-385-3071, which turned out to be a three ring (beware of any business with three or more rings - caller ID takes about two to three rings to positively show up) business (Tate & Kirlin****ociates, Philadelphia, PA - http://www.tate-kirlin.com).  The crude, male representative would not relase his name and then ***g up on me after I identified myself as an attorney.  I called back immediately and got a female representative who was more willing to work with me.  The name that was given to me was a bogus name that I'd never heard of.  When I mentioned that I would seek legal action a***nst them if they contacted me a***n after the prescribed hours of the Fair Debt Collections Practice Act (FDCP), they offered to remove my name.  I will also go a step further and report them to the National Do Not Call Registry as an offender (since I technically did contact them and they ***g up, thereby NOT removing my name from the database).  Also, the Federal Trade Commission has a hotline and website for these matters, which I will be calling soon.  Be careful though, you can only report these types of callers/companies if you are NOT the subject of the call, such as you have no idea why they would be calling your number.

I keep getting calls from this number. I hear nothing but a recording then on hold music. I call back and it is an odd ringer and then a strange man answers stating some phony name.

Got a call that said I owed $15.99 from back in 2006. Gave me all kinds of run around. I called the Drs office and the billing for UAB Hospital and they all say I have no balance. Called Tate & Kirland back and spoke with Michael L. He was rude and wouldnt let me get a word in edgewise. He ***g up on me and blamed me and "noted in his system I ***g up on him"! I called back and he berated me for not coughing up the paultry sum of $15.99. I wanted to know where the other business was that made the claim. He stated it was a "Business Processing" company and refused to give me any further info. Then he told me not to call them back a***n! ;) It is a scam to try and get small amounts of money from people who dont know enough to question it I think.

I let my ma****e pick up calls I don't recognize; as soon as my recording begins, I hear an automated "Hello..." then a short pause and CLICK, the system ****s up on my ma****e.  I don't know who it is - nor do I care at this point.  I'm still trying to sort out my mother's estate, nearly a year after her ***** - so they can bite me and wait their G*D* turn.  LOL

They called me twice today. The last one I picked up and it sounded like an Australian women if this is and someone said Mommy and it went to computer saying my last name pick up. I was confused, who would call me Mommy but my daughter. It didn't make since so I never picked up. It then gave me a number to call and a file number to use or so****ing like that.

Elderly ***her gets calls from them.  It's all music.  I called back and spoke to Mario who refused to tell me what kind of company they are then ***g up.  My dad has no bills in collections, so I have no idea why they are calling.

Caller leaves 'message' consisting of several minutes of "On Hold" type music and nothing more.  Burns up cell minutes and is both rude and obnoxious.  Goes to a looped message when I try to call back on a land line.  Should have their service terminated!

Now I'm getting phone calls at 8AM (which is a little early on a sa****ay); still no message left. The calls from this number continue to come several times every day.
