It was Comcast calling back about the resetting of my box & the service I received.

It is a Comcast survey. If you have service with Xfinity or Comcast, their automated survey calls you after 30 minutes from speaking to them but only if you opted in to take the survey.

I agreed to take their survey call but I wait 1/2 hr for a rep to pick up the phone then **** up. And they still have the nerve to call me. ****s!

Since this is Comcast, we should all answer this one to tell them how ****ed we are that their reps don't call you back when you get disconnected!
