tired of this person calling my number. I don't know anyone from this number.
I have continued to receive calls. I was advised by the FTC to send a letter demanding that I receive no further calls. They said you have this right whether you owe a debt or if they are calling you about someone else. If you owe the debt, they are allowed only one further contact after you send this letter. I sent my letter via fax. The following is the contact information for this attorney. Be professional in your letter, but be firm and detailed. Good luck.Gregory Samuel Foster PA Attorney ID: 307810 Current Status: Active Date of Admission: 10/22/2009 Lawfirm: Other Organization: District: 2 County: Bucks Public Access Address 6 NESHAMINY INTERPLEX STE 20TREVOSE, PA 19053 Tel: 267 525-7026Fax 267-525-7061
They're always calling for Axel Barrios. He doesn't live at home with me. These people NEED to be STOPPED. Please DON'T ever give them your credit card number OR anything personal information about yourself. These people ARE corrupt AND greedy - always looking for schmucks who will fall for their diabolical schemes.
they keep calling here stating i owe them money on a business that closed down several years ago, i told them if they would send me the information that he was talking about that i would gladly take care of it all he kept saying was mam do you not understand what Monday is, I have to let my boss know so****ing by Monday. I told him to tell his boss that I said I want in writing the information he was talking about and I would take care of it. He was very rude cause I would not give him my information over the phone. I'm not dumb I was not born yes****ay, I know that legally they have to send you information about what they are claiming thru the mail, not to demand payment over the phone.
I am in my 40's and this "company" is calling my parents!! We contacted our own personal attorney and she said to ignore them.
You all should all get together and keep calling them 100 times a day and send them faxes. That should keep them a little busy and not bothering you.
I got a call from this office at 7:35 AM!!! They asked for my ex husbands name, and being sleepy i asked who a***n, they repeated his name, and when I asked for the last name they butchered it (which isn't unusual for us....) and then I said they do not live at this number. I am sorry, but if you are calling a person's ex-spouse, who is REMARRIED, do you really think we're still living together??? not all couples stay in touch after a split either....after reading all the information on this and other websites, I am going to let my ex know not to call them back...they sound really fishy....might look into reporting to the BB as well...
bcThey have been hasseling us over a non valid debt. It has been three plus years since the last bunch of junk debt collectors hassled me over it. I told this bunch that they are required to send a written notice regarding their attempt to collect a debt with the particulars on the debt. They said they did and I told them " no you did not" so they asked for my address and I told them "no" their reply was ' how are we supposed to send you a letter without your address. I told them that I felt if they had were able to get my new phone number I was sure they either had or could get my address. But they have not let me have their address so I can send them a notice disputing the debt and a demand to cease their activities. Does anyone have these bottom feeders address? They claim to be calling from an Attorney's office, but they are breaking numerous laws. No notification in writing to collect a debt, one call was made with automatic dialer and message was left by recording, calling three minutes before 9 pm, making misleading statement to make people think a legal decision can be reached in their absence if they dont call back. ETC.
This company comes up on caller id as ATTY G. Foster, So i was thinking it was an attorney generals office or so****ing. I called back and asked if they were an actual law firm and they stated yes. I asked exactly what area of law they practiced and they said numerous. I found out from the person on the phone they were trying to located my husbands ex-wife's new husband..........ODD! I gave them the ex wife's cell phone number thinking they were with atty general or so****ing, they are very deceiving.
I received a call from this number looking for the former owner of my cell phone number. They addressed themselves as an Attorney's office.
Just a company trying to collect and debt form 10 years ago that i know i paid of. they buy bad debts for cheap and try to get you to reconcile over the phone. Dispute it and send them a letter of dispute only if you receive so****ing in the mail from them. They will try to be intimidating so stand your ground until you get proper paper on that account that they are referring to.
These people are of the DEVIL. DO NOT I REPEAT GIVE THEM ANY OF YOUR CREDIT CARD OR BANKING INFO. THEY WILL DRAIN YOU DRY!! Select other measures before giving them any of your personal information. I don't see how they can sleep at night. *Remember that they are people just like you and I you don't have to be in fear to threaten by their harassment. You can right letters to stop all of that.
For the Creditors that are calling your job. Did you know that you can send them a letter stating and telling them not to call your place of employment. Make sure your letter is sent via Certified mail (to insure that they have received it).
They keep calling my work number.
