This complaint comes on the heals of an app called Tagged where someone impersonating an 18 year old who is perhaps 17 to solicit *** to get older people into trouble. I believe this is a scheme to extort money from victims. Rather threating. somehow I believe it is all a hoax to get people in trouble and hand over cash to get out of it. bu promoting sealed consent from the judiciary.

This may be a fraudulent out side the state number used for setting up extrotion.
