Got the same ****** phone call today as a matter of fact and they called my work, my mom, my bestfriend and myself!  The SOB has my SS number bank acct info and everything!!!  And when he told me what payday loan place it was I told him I would call him back.  So I called the payday loan place and they of course told me there was nothing owing to them from me so I called back and basically told him to go ***** himself and he tried telling me I was being audio recorded by the company and they are just going to take me to court and I would be arrested and what not so I guess we will see...Hope the SOB gets what is coming to him that is for sure!!!!

This idiot left a message on my phone last night.  He was telling me he was investigating fraud.  I knew it was a scam, I did try to call back so I could give him a piece of my mind but no answer just a recording.

I just got 3 calls from this ****.  He said  lawsuit was filed a***nst me and the government blocked my social security number.  I ***g up on him.  He called right back.  I picked up the phone and told him to leave me alone and ***g up a***n.  He called back a 3rd time and I ignored him.   It is just a scam.  Do not give him any info.  If you recognize the number when he calls, don't answer.

I have been getting calls from this guy for a couple weeks.. He referenced one of my relatives name in the message, and mentioned so****ing about federal investigation and social security number.  Other than that it was difficult to make out the nature of his call because he sounds mentally handicapped.   I had to laugh after the first message I got from him...   I couldn't believe he would think anyone would take him serious.   The only frustrating thing is it's discouraging as to how he obtained my cell phone number and  whatever minimal personal information he has.  Other than that... this should be on the news if it's been going on for years.

they have called 3 days in a row, same heavy accent guy. Saying the same things. However they went as far as to say the worked for the us goverment.They said the company was a internet loan company he was collecting for. We have never taken a loan on the computer and a loan period in over 7 years so so****ing is most def wrong with this company.

I have been getting calls from this guy for months. He says that he is with a legal firm and that I defaulted on a payday loan, which is impossible because the only company I use for that is in clean status. He knows way too much personal information on me which is very scary. He claims that I will be getting arrested immediately and that I have a court date (which he can never tell me what courthouse its at). He just called a***n today, and I think I finally won! I yelled at him that he was a scammer and that if I were due in court for this I will wait until I am legally served papers to appear. I made him so angry that he actually ***g up on me while yelling "I am not a scammer"! I am keeping my fingers crossed that this will be the last monthly call I get from him.

the guy with a heavy accent call me today about a 200 dollar payday loan that i did apply for but never received do to the the fact they dont put money on prepaid credit cards.  he treatend me with internet faud and that he would see me in court for not paying. however i never recieved any money from payday loads.  he was very angry that i would not send him the money he wanted or my bank book

indian accented person calling my phone numerous times daily telling me that my social security number is blocked and that there is a lawsuit a***nst me.  Also stated that he would continue to call my phone number.  He would not say who the lawsuit was from, kinda funny heh. Said his name was alex?

267-690-9318 called and said, in heavy India-n, accent stating that  my social was blocked and I needed to speak with him immediately. I called back and went to a 'mailbox full', then I checked the phone number and looked it up.  Found all of you and I am adding my name here to help others who are trying to get scammed! The govt would never block your SSN, it's proof of citizenship a**** everything else!

I received a called from Clark Kent saying he was with the government and that my social security number was blocked from the government that the government was investigating my house. When I called back it went to an answering ma****e, no one picked up the phone. This person has call my place of work several times a day.

Received a call form Andrew Johnson with a heavy Indian or philipino Accent indicating he was from the investigation department and my social securitynumber has been blocked by the U.S. Government.  I contacted him he stated he was investigating Bank Fraud, Internet Fraud and check Fraud To please contact him ASAP @ 267-690-9318 Please be aware this can be a scam!!!!! The worse thing about it is he called my place of employment!!!!

Got a message at work from a guy name Alex Rodrick from a Law Investigation. The number he left for me to call him back is 267-690-9318. I called the Police, and The Attorney General Office. They are scam artist trying to get money out of consumers. Do not give them any information, call the police if they keep Harrassing You!!!

this indian guy call me with a very heavy accent asking me to call back for a lawsuit and it is very important and  he mentioned a law suit a***nst me.  can you please try to catch this guy.  this is crazy to try to scare people like that.

got a call just now, heavy accent.. sounded philipino.. asking for dominic... his first call went unanswered since i didnt recognize the number,i answered the second call immediately following because i****umed if they were calling back immediately after my voicemail picked up that it may have been important. I had to tell him twice he had the wrong number to which he finally said "it doesnt matter" and i ***g up.

I am writing on behalf of my mother who is on a fixed income and has gotten harrassed by this man named Andrew Johnson and I called him today as if i was my mother and he threatened that I would (my mom) would go to jail for fraud because she frauduently borrowed money ;and has not paid it back and they were gonna prosecute her for 3 felonies.  What is so dag um scarrey is that he has ALL my mothers information.DL#,SS# bank account# but yet he couldn't give me any information on what day ;this all occurred.  I contacted My ;mother's bank and they went back as far as 03/2009 and could find NO direct deposits.  So I called MR SO CALLED JOHNSON back and asked him " DID YOU NOT TELL ME THAT I BORROWED MONEY AND IT WAS DEPOSITED INTO MY ACCOUNT)????   HE REPLIED "(YES IT WAS DEPOSITED TO YOUR ACCOUNT *****BLAH BLAH  )"  I SAID    ****YOU ARE A **** LIAR..  this is sad that older people can be taken advantage of so easy..         SO****ING NEEDS TO BE DONE .... I CALLED OUR LOCAL FOX TV NEWS...WE ARE WAITING TO HEAR FROM THEM....

I called the attorney generals office about it.  They told me it is an internationl scam they have been running for years. The problem is they can not pin point where the fraudlent calls are coming from. The man has  a very heavy Indian voice.  NEVER SEND THEM MONEY.. EVERYONE BE AWARE IF YOU SEE THIS NUMBER IGNORE IT.. THEY WILL GIVE YOU EVERY THREAT THEY CAN THINK OF AND NEVER GIVE YOUR WORK NUMBER.. THEN THEY S**** CALLING AND HARRASING YOUR EMPLOYER AND TELLING THEM YOU HAVE COMMITED FRUAD AND ARE GOING TO BE ARRESTED.. PLEASE BE CAREFUL IF YOU SEE THIS NUMBER !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I got a vm from a Andrew Johnson with a very heavy accent. he stated that I was under investigation. he stated that I needed to get back with him ASAP. his phone # 267-690-9318. These people are scams and I know this becasue they have tried this on other friends that I know. they want your bank information and then they debit your account. the phone calls will stop. Don't let them scare you. you can not go to jail for not paying a bill, they called well I was typing this and I told him I want information and I told him that I also called the sherriffs office after the inital call and he ***g up.

I just received a call from this guy named Shawn Michael.  Very heavy Indian accent stating that I am under investigation because my social security number and address do not match, and that I must return the phone call because if not bad things will happen to me, and so fourth and so on.  I have not returned his call and I have reported it to several different agencies.  Someway somehow they got my work phone number which I never give out and they got my partners phone number which is even more ridiculous,  me and my partner have joint bank accounts but that is it everything else we have seperate.  So someone is selling information to these companies that they should be giving out.

I received a call from the guy today. Very heavy accent. I do know that he has violated several laws. He told me that the Collections NCO was fraudulant and not to send money to them. I told him that he needed to send me a letter verifing all information that we talked about w/en 5 business days or he would be reported. Every company that calls you has 5 days after the call is made to send you a statement of how much you owe and what the payment is. If you do not recieve a letter w/in 5 business days it was a scam. You as the consumer have the right to recieve this letter. I work for CCCS and know the laws and regulations. Be very careful when they call DO NOT SETTLE FOR ANY AMOUNT!!!!! this will hurt you more then help you. Write the name of the gentleman who called, time, date, and any information that you can remember from the call. Remember do***ent do***ent do***ent!!!

I had a call from this man with a very heavy accent from Indian, saying he was calling on behalf of Financial Cash Advance and then the threats s****ed. They were getting read to sign an order to prosecute and this and that and read this script of basically how bad I was to take this money and not pay it back. I think I was so in shock I sat and listened.  I told him oh I get paid monday (he called on 1/11 and no number but I looked at my called ID. He wanted me to go to Moneygram and get a prepaid debit card and jump  through all these hoops to get the info on them so they could get their money. I told him O could pay $100 on the 12th. But I didn't they call from the 412-360-7849 number two times a day. IO don't answer. The number he gave me rto call back is 267-690-9318. Have called the 267 number but just get a recording that the person at extension 50026 os not available is all you get. I was freaked all day and was stressed just because how they acted. Then realized when has anyone been arrested for not paying a bill.so watch for the 412-360-7839 numbers.
