caller states they have a law suit a***nst me from 2008 and if i dont call back they are gonna take me to court. when i try and call the number back they called me form it does not ring at all its a busy signal. the caller gives me an 866 number to call them back. when i search Adam & Barnes the numers do not match up. this is a scam.

He claims there is a civil suit a***nst me and that paper work was sent to me. It's bogus there is no civil suit. When the number calls it says scam likely.

caller states civil action is being taken a***nst you for a past debt. said the paperwork was sent. it wasn't and there is no past debt.

They said they were trying to call me for an hour and I needed to call back or they would proceed with a civil suit.
