No by the name Bar*** Wiggins live here or ever has. Have had these calls before last year and the year before. Tired of the ******** with them

Left threatening message about a legal case. Doesn't leave toll free number.

Asked for someone we don't know, wrong Initials. Called from 406 601 3772, said we must call 267 825 7783, with case # B8E185154, about many charges a***nst us. We don't, so didn't answer or return call.

The same leaving threatening messages about law suites. And have my previous name (married name) which I have not used in 18 years.

I'm in Oregon and have recently received several of the exact same robo calls. They have called at least once a day for the last 10 days. They even called my parents looking for me which means they are using some really old contact info. This same scam happened to me a few years ago and I ignored it then as well.

Called them back claim to be a law firm but refuse to give attorney name. I want to send them a cease and desist but they just **** up. SCAMMERS

Received a call for a family member. Female robo caller. Harrassing me to call a different number (267) 825 7783. Voice gave a TNT 6 digit reference # ?? said," you have been notified. If we find you prior to you calling this number first, we will go to your work place and persue legal matters there".

Called and left a message to verify current address and employment. Threatened to move forward with charges if I didn't call a different number back. I have no idea what or who this is.

Scam collection agency. No license, unable to locate to sue for FDCPA violations. Say they are a law firm but are not

They left a recorded msg. saying I had "complaints a***nst me in 7 matters". Direct quote. Msg. said they needed my address to avoid them filing a***nst me in my county. (???) I presume it's spam.

Left a ***ue "imperative message" recording. Caller failed to identify herself, failed to provide a legitimate company name, location or business address. Failed to provide a purpose for the call. Obvious scam. Epic fail on multiple levels.

Threatning too sue

They are "actively pursuing a case" and left a case number. Beginning of call always cut off, but very threatening comments throughout.

called back twice, 1st time line went dead, 2nd someone said*****o and went dead. randomly called our company and said to file lawsuit within our county.

They have been calling me from a s****ed number in an area where I used to live to have the same area code as me and said I needed to call and verify my address and employment so that they could file charges a***nst me in my county. They then gave a different call back number and a "Case file" to resolve the matter today.

Scammers so****ing about case files they’ll file or come to your place of work or blah blah blah call back this is a file number blah blah blah don’t tell you what it’s all about just rattles on almost a threat but not quite
