Listen up every one...if you can afford the time and****ociated expenses (cell minutes for example) , when call comes in , tell person on the other end to hold on a minute so you can turn down volume , put baby down , turn off stove ect... and when they say ok , just set the phone down and don't pick up a***n till they already have ***g up .Sometimes they can wait a minute , other times several minutes but the point being YOU HAVE WASTED THEIR TIME and that was good for a c****e .I have been doing that for years and honestly , doesn't bother me one bit .I'll keep on putting these a**holes on hold just to keep them from calling other people and wasting their time .Try it sometime , fun to learn how long those *****s will stay on hold before realising ***ody is coming back .

The keep calling under FOP and then  Michigan Call 69-338-2155. Very irritating. Can't someone stop them? I thought they didn't ask for donations.

FOP is Fraternal Order of Police

I get them on a daily basis.  Answered once, and was asked for money.  Explained I'm unemployed and was told, "Well just $5 will do so much."  What part of unemployed do they NOT understand.  Asked to be removed, but still getting calls.  Just got one, in fact.  I ignore them.  If they want to waste their time calling me, I'll let them listen to my ma****e saying I am never home!

FOP stands for Fraternal Order of Police - they are soliciting for money.  Hope this helps.

received a call from 269-338-2155 1-5-11...tried to look it up on reverse phone # says no results(2 sources) left no message..Hubby just had sx..hoping it wsant the dr.

We have been getting calls from this number for several weeks.  We already told them once that we were not in a position to donate any money but they keep calling anyway.  We also told them to take us off there call list.  They still have not done that either.

"Don't the News Broadcasters tell us that Police & Fire Departments to not ask for donations over the telephone?"Departments don't. However the Fraternal Order of Police is not a department but a charity. They have regular drives to benefit families of police hurt or ****ed on duty. There are equivalent organizations for firefighters ****ed on the job, and they also do phone drives, but the FOP ones border on obnoxious in my experience. Repeat calls, early morning, late evening.That said, I've gotten calls from this number as early as 6:30 in the morning. Since they're a NPO they're exempt from the do-not-call list, but as far as I know they aren't exempt from time restrictions on early morning and late evening calls.

Received a call today at 11:30 -- looks like it is Michigan FOP.

Unwanted call from Mi FOP, received constantly.

The caller ID showed "FOP MI."  Anybody know who this is?

We receive calls from many FOP offices throughout Michigan.  If I were to donate to an FOP, my city would be the one I would donate to first.  FOP should not be showing up on the caller ID.  These FOPs should s**** using the telemarketing company's name that is working for them.It looks odd and too business like and even looks like motives to intimidate by donations.

Received a call from this number, no message was left and couldn't call back.  Further research shows it's from the Michigan Fraternal Order of Police (MI FOP) seeking donations.

Received a call from this number at 8:30p on Oct 11.  My husband answered and they asked for me by name.  Once I said*****o a man said "Thank you, bye bye" and then ***g up.
