Leave a CommentThey have called dozens of times, but IF you happen to answer, they **** up immediately. No way to speak to a human--calling the number back leads to a "no such number" message.
Received five or six calls from this number. No message left. When redialing caller, computer message just states press 1, press 2, or press 3...there is no option to speak to a person, and neither the caller nor the company identify themselves, only mysteriously state "this is to confirm an order which you just placed" without saying anything about what the order in reference is...i.e. fishing for additional info.
IMO - if they can't leave a message (which they never seem to do) then they don't deserve to talk to me. :)
Thes F*CKERS won't stop calling, and they don't leave messages.
Received four calls from them yes****ay and one so far this morning. From the other posts above, should I be worried and contact my bank or anything to let them know of****ential fraudulent transactions or are these messages that everyone keeps hearing an attempt to bait you into so****ing?
I'm on the do not call list, so don't call
Getting 2-3 calls/day from this number--I even told them not to call, but hasn't stopped.
They get this information from some other thing you have ordered on-line in the last 90 days, for me it was an Orgreenic frying pan. They will scam you if you talk to them, they have not billed me for anything because I will never pick up a number unless I know who it is.I am not sure whether to buy some good call blocking software for my phone or just stick it out for the, I believe they can only do for this for 90 days since my order with Orgreenic, time frame. It ****s that there are people that pull this ****, they want to legally take my money, I guess that is what makes America great...
Received 3 call from 269-477-2155 did not order anything but how do they have my number on the card
This number won't stop calling, even after I told them off twice. 269-477-2155 and then they s****ed calling also from a 616 number. It's getting ridiculous. How can I get them to stop or do I need to c****e my number..
Received a call from 269-477-2155. I called back to see who it was. All the recording said was that this was the "order confirmation department" and they had been trying to reach me about my recent order. This call would not interferre with my order, this is just a courtesy call. At NO time was it ever mentioned what company this was, what the order was (I have NOT ordered anything online). I was given 3 options: press 1 to leave a message and let them know when I would be available for a return call, press 2 to be removed from their call list for THIS order, or press 3 to be taken off their call list for any FUTURE orders. Ugh! On all options you are required to GIVE them your phone number! If it was a legitimate order they would have left a message.
This number keeps calling me and it sounds like it's a scam that's happened to others. Was anyone actually charged anything? Any suggestions on how to get them to stop calling?
269.477.2155 I keep getting several calls from this number about a recent order. I have not ordered anything so this is a scam.
Whoa! GREAT call from 269-477-2155. No message, so I hit redial intrigued by the "I Orderz Confirm" caller ID. A ma****e picked up yammering about press 1 for this, 2 for that, 3 to be (I love this) "eternally deleted from our do not call list." Oh, they're crafty little ******s. First, ya gotta love the "eternally." When was the last time anyone used that word in a sentence? More important, however, is to study the sentence construction and note the double negative. If I'm going to be DELETED FROM the DO NOT CALL LIST -- that means I'm going to be ADDED to their CALL list. And, since the robo-cording said "eternally," I guess if one presses #3, you're going to get calls from these whacko-bunnies s****ing now and ending when Kingdom Comes or the Earth ****s up or the Rapture s****s or some such thing. HA! I can envision it now. I'm driving along the interstate when the sky splits open and Gabriel s****s ****ing his horn. Without warning, all the "good Christians" get ripped thru the roofs of their SUVs -- buck nekid no less (no THAT's an alarming thought) -- and s**** floating into the sky. Now, being a lapsed Anglican, I probably won't get called home by the Lord. At best, I can expect my clothes to go flying out the car window just before some atheistic State Trooper pulls me over for having a burned-out tail light. He'll s**** writing me a ticket for indecent exposure and voila, my hands-free, On Star® telecommunications system will announce an incoming message from the jokers at 269-477-2155 calling to confirm my order. (Wonder if they'll ask if I want fries with that?) WHAT IS WRONG WITH THESE PEOPLE? Personally, I'd rather accept employment as a Wal-Mart greeter than trying to scam a few feeble old folks out of their last dollars as I****ume these Bozoids are trying to do. Forget the Apocalypse, Armageddon, the Rapture, etc. America already has gone to Hades in a hand-basket. Incidentally, apropos of absolutely nothing, I still contend that Barbara Bush doesn't exist. Never has, never will. Hint: Have you ever seen Barbara Bush and **** Cheney in a photo together? Answer: no. NO SUCH PHOTO EXISTS. Why? Because Barbara Bush is **** Cheney in drag. No. Really. Before you go getting all steamed up, think about it. Slather some pancake make-up on our former VP, add a white wig, some powder and cheap, faux pearl pop-beads and there ya go -- Barbara Bush. It's the jowls. The jowls give it away. C'mon, really. Wouldn't you think with the Bush and Cheney families being so close that Babs would have at least given a passing nod to basic etiquette and dropped in on Cheney to pay her respects during one of his repeated hospitalizations? But it has never happened. And now you know why. The end.
Got the same call today. Lot of static on the line. Wanted me to verify my city/state...said I would receive a gas card. I kept saying "and who is this?" "and who is this?" finally she said "I'll call you back" and she ***g up.
Got the same call yes****ay. They called the other day and I told him to call back some other time since I was busy. Yes****ay they called 4 times until I finally answered. He asked if I was still in "my city/state" and I said yes, but I wasn't interested in receiving anything. He then ***g up on me. Sounded like he was calling from a train station. I called my bank this morning just to let them know since it was my bank card he was referring to. I never check anything that would share this type of info, so I also have no idea how they got my information.
Got 2 calls today, declined the first since I was asleep but I took the second. States they were from Vista Marketing and that as a preferred customer of one of their partners, I would be sent $120 in gas rebate cards and coupons for various franchises. After the 2 minute long spiel, they offered to send me to the mailing department for verification of my address. They knew my name, my town and state and the last 4 digits of my "online" credit card. He stated that I would be responsible for $2.99 S&H for the first mailing and almost $30/mo thereafter. They could not tell me where my information was gathered only that I probably checked a box allowing them to share my info with their marketing partners. Every time I asked a question, he s****ed back into his script. He states that I was not eligible for the Do Not Call criteria since I provided them with my info.
No one is on the line.
