Scammers/telemarketers/******s, all the same thing, they keep calling on this and the number ending in ...55 - I guess it's time to get a call blocking app for my Android.

I just had a similar experience with the folks.  When I told them that is wasn't interested in the free gas they said just check it out and immediately ***g up on me before I could insist that they don't send me anything.

Got the call on 1-21-2011 at 4:28pm, they said I recently made a purchase using my Mastercard and that I had won free gas coupons, he asked if I still lived in, and he stated my hometown, said they wanted to send me these other coupons on stuff that I usually buy anyhow from different stores and he mentioned acouple. When I asked him how he got my number, he said from a partner company. I said no thank you and take me off your list and ***g-up.

I have received 8 calls from this phone number in the past two days.  The call disconnects before I can answer it.  I believe there is a "Do Not Call" registry for cell phone numbers.  Its more than annoying when you have ill parents and are trying to scramble to get the call only to find out its not important.  I'd like to know the name of the company.

I keep getting calls from this number.  I don't answer and it rings twice then ****s up.  Caller ID says YCONFIRMORDERS.  Reading everybody else's comments about them saying it's VISA is kinda funny considering I don't have a VISA.

This number keeps calling and saying I won so much in free gas.  We continually tell them we aren;t interested because if they go into it, they try to get you to order magazines, etc.

I got the same call from 2694772157.  They said they were from VISA, and that they have my name and the last four digits of my VISA card.  Luckily, I didn't verify any information.  It was definitely a scam.  I just reported it to my local FBI office.  I encourage you all to do the same.  The FBI guy told me to put an alert on my credit cards which I did for free.

Your links to "free reverse number look-ups" are just as big a scam as the people who are calling me.

I answered one of these calls and s****ed asking my own questions before the person could get s****ed.  She said she got my number from the internet.  I asked where ... couldn't give me a specific answer, just "you made a request for information".  I kept grilling her, politely, but forcefully, until she was frustrated and said I'd be put on their "do not call" list.  I still get called every night at 8:30ish, but luckily it's on my cell, so it's blocked and goes straight to voicemail.  I thought I heard somewhere that once you actually talk to them ask them not to call a***n, if they persist you can pursue it with the police as harassment.

This same thing just happened to me. Cancel or stop payments on your card asap!

I don't answer the calls, but curiously, I called them back.  The recorded message says "We are trying to confirm your address for your order, but don't worry, if we don't receive a phone call from you, we will still ship your order."  Ship away *****s, it's a Federal Offense to scam people by mail so I HOPE you do.

I must have got about 5 calls from this numer yes****ay and today I received 3.  I finally picked up and a "quick" talking guy said so****ing about free gas cards.  I was as quick to tell him to stop calling here and "quickly" ***g the phone up.  I would advise the same.  Also, if you know of elderly people who may not have the internet or know about the do not call registry.  PLEASE HELP THEM!!!  They are the ones who are the most affected by these scams.  I am also reporting this number to the FBI fraud/iden***y theft unit....

Basically the same thing happened to me.  Someone from VISTA called and tried to convince me that I had earned some gas rebates and that they would send me the rebates along with other offers that I could use or not use, but if I used them it would be a $29.99 membership fee and that either way the gas rebates would be mine regardless of whether or not I joined the membership.  I said okay and she transferred me to some other person and I asked him which VISA had I used to have earned this and he gave the last four numbers of a card that I haven't used for years so didn't recognize the number and he said I had made a purchase with that card within the past 4 months.  I said well I don't have the card anymore and he said well that's okay you can give me any other VISA or Mastercard number....."AHA!!" I said, " So, that's the scam.I knew so****ing like that was gonna happen." and then I told him, "No way am I going to give you credit card information over the phone." And he ***g up on me. Luckily I kept my wits about me.  I can't stand to think of how this could so trick someone!!  Evil VISTA people!!

These freakin people call me on a daily basis and NEVER leave a message!! I spoke to them once and they tried to give me some stuff for using a credit card I don't even have. I told them they have the wrong person and they need to stop calling me ASAP and if they don't I would report them to the BBB, she just ***g up on me. These people that work for "companies" like this must have no heart or soul, how in the world can you work for a place like this and try to scam people out of money?

So this lady called and said she had a gas card I needed to redeem. I told her to go ahead and mail then. Then she said it was going to charge my card 2.99 which I said was fine. Then she asked me to check and make sure the last 4 numbers matched up. which they of course didnt. Then I told her she must have the wrong person (especially considering i only have debit card and its the same one i've had since high school). Then she asked me for a new credit card to charge to "update" her system (sketch). Basically after that I told her no and got off the phone she kept saying the company was VISTA rewarding me for past purchases

I have been receiving many calls from this number and they keep asking for someone else, I've already told them it's the wrong number.  When they called the third time I pretended to be the person they wanted and they said that person made a charge with their mastercard from Vista.  What the heck... you tell them it's the wrong number and they don't listen.

I kept asking who he was and he'd slur so****ing about VISA services and quickly go back to being shocked that I didn't want free gas, then basically ***g up on me.

This number has been calling my mother's cell phone nonstop since Friday. Scam scam scam.

They said they were calling because I had used my Mastercard with them. I don't have a mastercard. Filthy, evil scammers. May they all die of slow stomach cancer.

I have 2 missed calls from this number in Michigan. I did answer a call from 616-613-2054 which gave the same spiel kyra received. I turned it down as it didn't sound legitimate. I've had a total of 4 calls from Michigan with this same offer in the last 2 days.

This number has been calling me non stop since this morning. I know no one from this area code. I blocked the previous number they had been calling me from and now this one shows up on my phone. Will it ever stop??

I answered and the caller disconnected.
