Just a scammer- waiting to scam

Asking if I want to refinance a loan or to tell me my loan is late. I do have a loan with PNC but right off the bat, they ask for my SS# It's usually a heavily accented person with poor English.

Left a message that I was to call them in regards to some # ?? I have no business with PNC or any affiliate. Going to report scam.

PNC Kalamazoo Operations Center

This is a number from PNC Coprorate building in Kalamazoo MI. They have a few divisions in this building for PNC. The Fraud unit, Collections etc...I have found this site by researching what number keeps calling me up until 9pm. The number is (269) 973-4000 and is a head quarter building for PNC (Prior National City) bank. They are calling me about my neighbors debts. I am livid and fought back. I have run many business phone systems and called the number back pressing a few codes. I got into the employee name and extension system and wrote down most of what I could. They are not all collections division but all in the same building.I called Steve Windum at ext: 54665 and explained I am requesting a "Cease and Desist" from this buildings phone system. They told me I have to put one in writing and mail it in. I told them I will not as I am not even an account holder. I told them is they do not take this verbal and remove my number I will call everyone's extension all day in this building until they do. They immediately removed my number and gave me a name and number if I get another call from this building. Manager of collections ext:34651 Brendan Galach.I guess they didn't like the fact that I would disrupt all the employees during their day. If you call the number you need to push the prompt to put in an extension number or at the end it will hang up, not let you talk to a general rep and also state the number no longer worksHere are the extension I do have in this building..If they do call I will continue to call and request a cease and desist at all these extension. Keeps sending google voice messages to me and I have no idea who they are trying to reach (didn't recognize the name) but it's not me.

Calling to collect debt of a relative, who never shared an address or was never co-signed for the debt in question.

multiple calls wrong number , wrong person

Called me & left voice mail stateing it was from PNC Bank (owened by National City).Was about me stoping deposits to the account.I explained to the lady I could deposit my money where I wanted & not to call with that BS again.

I have repeatedly told these people to quit calling. The person they want does not live in our house.

I get phone calls from National City/PNC.  My caller ID comes in as either.  The thing here is I filed BK 3-09 and discharged 6-09.  They have never stopped calling me which is in violation of the federal BK law.  So you tell me when will they stop calling.  Thinking very seriously about filing a complaint against them.

Ryan at Ext.#34655, calls constantly for the wrong people. I have explained to him there are no such persons; and they will call ten minutes later, and etc. and etc. We are now filing a complaint to National City; people please do the same. Thank you1

this is a national call i am a national city employee that works at the office in Kalamazoo.  We are on of the main vessels for fraud monitoring and almost every other vessel of business nationwide.  It will soon say "PNC BANK" on your caller ids due to the merger.  but you can confidently answer calls from 269 973 4000

Calls then doesn't answer leaves message with return number only no other info. Called it back and it states it National City Bank and gives detail as which department to contact by pressing number 1-5 so forth.

They call and call, but don't leave messages. Sometimes, the caller ID shows the number as 011 (international) in which case it should NEVER be answered, given laws some countries have with phone charges. If these people had nothing to hide and conducted business honorably, they would let their name be seen on caller ID systems instead of hiding it and not be afraid to leave messages. I'll never bank with them again.

These people are incessant. They call and call and will not stop. They've violated the faie debt collection act by the times of day they call and are driving me crazy. They leave empty voice mails and don't say anything when we answer the phone. They're even calling my neighbors. I will never bank with National City every again, just based on this experience.

They call and call leaving an empty message on our voice mail. If we answer the phone, there's noone on the other end of the line. They call from multiple phone numbers and call repeatedly from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM and will keep calling 15 times a day. We've already made payment arrangements with them and closed our checking account, but they won't stop calling.

This company is a very nice compay that helped me out when I thought all hope was lost. They called me and helped me pay my bills. They were very polite and curteous.

very vague. knew my name. just asked if i could help locate a friend of mine, but i don't know the person he mentioned. didn't introduce himself. hung up quickly.

Caller ID came up as National City Bank @ 6:30 this morning. Did not answer it. Don't know of any National City Bank. And too early for any bank to be calling. If they are a debt collector, they are in violation of the fair debt collection act for calling at 6:30 AM.

This is a valid call!  National City is on the ball...they were calling to let me know someone was trying to use my credit card number internationally, raising a red flag of fraud.  They let me know I should cancel my current account and be issued a new credit card.

THIS COMPANY LIKES TO THREATEN PEOPLE AND TALK DOWN TO THEM LIKE THEY ARE CHILDREN. IT IS A COLLECTION COMPANY FOR A CREDIT CARD.

This is a "face" number to a corporate office of National City Bank, located in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Reason for calling can vary widely, but you should follow up on it and it is legitimately National City. Reasons can vary from fraud monitoring/detection, collections, checking/savings account inquiries, telesales, "Points" info, and general customers service.

got a call from this number, went to voice mail and no message left.If it is national city i dont know why they're calling, i've never had any business dealings with them
