I believe this number belongs to Big State Industrial-- It is a disconnected number that is programmed into their phone to prevent a call back. They are know to be aggresive telemarketers that sell various industrial consumables. One of our night shift employees gave them my cell number because they posed themselves as someone I knew personally and then called me before they called. I was traveling and lost the call. Since then I get a call at random times every day and they never leave a message.
