Call **** up

A tip for people getting lots of calls from this number 270 282 2374...This website doesn't take any action to stop calls, it's just a place to add information.After a bunch of daily calls from the number, which I have added to this list already, and which came to me despite my number being on the donotcall list but which I could not stop even after reporting it to the FTC, I got my phone company AT&T to do a trace on the number.It has been nine days and I haven't had any more calls.  So****ing worked, either FTC or AT&T or both.

received several calls from number with ****ups after answering.  finally on 4th night someone is on other line...misprounounce my name (always know it is telemarketer then) and I say person has wrong number - they then **** up.

I have had a bunch of calls in a few days and the calls never last long.  I hear silence before they **** up. the calls are always "private call" and the phone number is not published so you cannot find out who is calling.  I tried to call back a couple times but the phone just rang and rang, ***ody answers.I think that the calls are done by an autodialer and I am sure I can hear people talking in the background like they are on other phone calls.I got my phone company involved with a trace and the annoyance center is dealing with it now.  these people should be put out of business and banned from ever having a phone a***n.

I have had a bunch of calls at least one per day. These people should be put out of business and banned from having phone lines.

Someone from this number keeps calling. WHen you answer they won't talk, they just **** up. I called it back and it just rings. No one answers and there is no answering ma****e.

I received a call from this number on Monday, October 12 at 1:03 PM.  There was silence and nothing else.  It listed a private call.

We have also been getting calls from this number. The 1st one was on 10/5/09at 6:12pm, the 2nd on 10/8 at 1:00pm and the 3rd on 10/11 at 4:12pm. The lastcall consisted of heavy breathing and then a ****-up. Please, someone, findout who owns this number and put a stop to their harrassing the rest of us.

further infothe phone company having this number is Level 3 Communications out of Louisville Kentucky. I researched and found that the company HQ is in Broomfield CO, its website is www.level3.comAnd there is a business address in KY:Level 3 Communications(502) 561-6900848 S 8th StLouisville, KYIf any of these details are wrong, I obtained the information in good faith from the internet.

Despite my request to stop calling me on 8 October I received a call 10 Oct bringing total to 6 in as many days. I have been on the DNC registry for over 2 months.  Filed a complaint and reported the calls to the national do not call registry at this web address:https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx.I recommend anyone else does likewise.

Five calls from (270) 282-2374 to my unlisted and DNC registered home number in four days. Each time no sound on line.  Tried calling back twice, but no answer.  One call heard female conversation but no response to us.  FInally picked up call and threatened legal action if calls continue.That was on Oct 8th at 1927 central.Number only shows up as unlisted out of Bowling Green KY.Whatever others say I am treating this as a nuisance call.

after many calls to my home some one talked to me...they are the am vets calling for money!

Tried calling it back on my cell using star 67 the call just keeps ending say as the others shows up as private when i said*****o they just ***g up what is this number

The caller ***g up on my answering ma****e.

its the amvets calling for money! have had maybe 8 or 9 calls in two days..last call someone talked to me and said they where with the amvets.

have now received three more calls from this number: 10/5/09, 2 calls, and 10/6/09, one call.  On one call, I picked up the phone and heard two females laughing, one then said "Tell me a***n" and then the call was dropped.  I said nothing throughout this.I tried to call the number back but there has never been an answer.The phone number is unlisted as before, Bowling Green Kentucky.I am seriously considering reporting it if I cannot speak to anyone on that number.  Anybody else had calls?

Received a call from 2702822374, showed as Private Call. Picked up phone, no sound on the line.Called the number back, no answer.Reverse search shows the number as an unpublished landline in Bowling Green Ky.
