Tried to rent me a recently sold mobile home in a trailer park at way below rental value should’ve gone for 1200. He only wanted 700 kept asking me if they could send me the application now. Call the trailer park. They told me someone had just moved into that trailer and that was not their number. The trailer park Office thought it was fraud. It was also against the trailer park rules to have anybody in the trailer park that was not approved by the trailer park and had to go through a vetting process. This gentleman never mentioned that vetting process it just didn’t feel right. He also kept asking me when I could move in even though I couldn’t move in until the trailer park Board meant in three weeks.
