Got call about about Warranty on my car. How can I stop those people from calling?

I don't give out my cell phone number, so I was surprised when I got a call from this number.  I didn't answer and there was no message left.  I am on the Pennsylvania "do not call" list, so if it is a salesperson, this is illegal.  Can anybody stop them?  It's so annoying!

I received a call from this number, no message left.  Just a ****-up.  Not sure where she got the number from because I haven't given it out or listed it.

I got a call yes****ay on my cell phone from this number.  I don't give out my cell phone number.  When I called the number back they said the number was disconnected or out of service.

Got a call about extending my warranty on my car cause it was "expired" . Kinda funny cause its a ***nd new car I got last week. She asked about the info for the car. I said hey, don't you have it already? She said we can't give that info out. I said well you should know cause its my car and you said I have no warranty. So why do you need it. Your answer doesn't make much sense. She then ***g up. I wouldn't mind going down there with a baseball bat this is getting old.
